Due to the limitations of their current application, City Wide Electricians required a custom mobile app that would allow staff to efficiently view their schedules, assigned projects, and task details. The app needed to facilitate timesheet submission while integrating seamlessly with simPRO to improve operational workflows.
Solution
iNNsite developed a powerful, intuitive mobile application for iOS and Android, providing City Wide Electricians’ staff with a seamless experience to manage their day-to-day tasks. The app allows staff to log in, access their schedules, and view project details, including assigned tasks and team member information.
To enhance efficiency, the app includes a check-in/check-out functionality that automatically generates timesheets, which staff can review and submit. Additionally, it prompts employees to complete a Take5 checklist for each job, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Beyond timesheet management, the app enables staff to raise purchase orders, track and assign company assets, and manage service reports. Push notifications keep staff informed about upcoming schedules, reminders for report submissions, and other critical updates.
