Three Point Zero sought a high-volume SMS SAAS platform, to handle a million plus SMS’s a day. The solution needed to enable customers to efficiently manage contact data and to send bulk SMS at reasonable prices.
Solution
iNNsite developed a custom SMS Marketing Platform and CRM for Three Point Zero.
The new platform includes a contact management system which takes the hassle out of managing large amounts of data. The state-of-the-art marketing platform uses Twilio and bandwidth to support high volume SMS, and even supports voice calls and voicemail access. The system also contains a CRM which manages leads from qualified through to contract signing. Since implementing the new system, Three Point Zero have achieved a 2700% increase in sales.
