Property Sales & Management CRM
Sanctuary Lifestyle are a large Australian retirement village developer. This developer manages both construction and sales of properties within their specific village locations.
The team at Sanctuary Lifestyle required a system to manage their complete property sales process – from initial enquiry through to sale finalisation. In addition to CRM features, the system was required to manage the full fronted website – content and property listings.
To ensure a smooth development process, this project was split into multiple stages and the end result was completely custom built CRM and a custom built CMS for the front-end website.
The CRM captures and allocates website enquiries to sales staff. Once criteria is met sales staff are able to qualify the enquiry in the system through different levels e.g. a lead then a customer. The system generates all documentation at each stage of the sales cycle – from initial deposit receipt right through to generating and sending the final work order to the builder to commence works. This enables management of the complete sales process through the CRM.
Directors can also access a birds eye view of real time statistics to determine current status of the business and deep dive into specific areas via available reports.
