Online Enrolments System & Custom CRM
Little Champions are a leading provider for childcare activities, running 12 week classes at over 100 child care centers across Melbourne and Sydney.
The team at Little Champions required a system to manage classes at each of their centers. The system required capability to manage instructor scheduling based on availability and process enrollments from parents across all 100+ child care centers.
To cater to their unique operation and enrollment requirements we designed and built a completely custom CRM and Enrollment system.
At a high-level the CRM allows the organisation to:
- Manages clients (child care centres)
- Manages all coaches and coach availability / schedules
- Create and manage classes and class schedule
- View and manage enrollments.
- Export data
The enrollment system enables parents to enroll children into classes run by their center and to make payments via multiple payment options. Directors can also access a birds eye view of real time statistics, to determine current status of the business and further deep dive into specific areas via the available reporting function.
