SH Excavations

SH Excavations are a highly regarded Australian based Excavation company. 

SH Excavations needed a mobile app to enable their on-site staff to effortlessly submit daily dockets for their assigned jobs, and for admin to manage the review and approval process.


iNNsite developed a docket/service report management, and asset management system, which included an iOS and Android app.

The apps enabled staff to log in, to complete, and submit docket forms , or alternatively upload and submit dockets for their completed jobs.
Admins were able to login via admin portal to view, approve, or reject the submitted dockets. Subsequently, staff were give the ability to update and re-submit rejected dockets. Finally the solution also automated post-approval client notification flows.
